    Students who place out of MATH 1314 will take only MATH 2412 their first term and take MATH 2318 sometime after completing MATH 2414.

    Students who place out of both MATH 1314 and MATH 2412 may move all other MATH courses one semester earlier and start in MATH 2413.  These students should also complete the following courses: PHIL 2303 and MATH 2318 sometime after completing MATH 2414 and MATH 2320 sometime after completing MATH 2415.

    SHSU will accept up to sixty-six (66) transfer credit hours. If students have completed all courses in the degree plan above, they may additionally wish to take PHIL 2303 and MATH 2318 at San Jacinto College. These courses should transfer to SHSU.
