    Students who place out of MATH 1314 will take only MATH 2412 their first term and take MATH 2318 sometime after completing MATH 2414.

    Students who place out of both MATH 1314 and MATH 2412 may move all other MATH courses one semester earlier and start in MATH 2413.  These students will also need to complete at least 7 hours from the following courses: MATH 2318, MATH 2320, BIOL 1411 & BIOL 1413, CHEM 1411 & CHEM 1412.

    SHSU will accept up to sixty-six (66) transfer credit hours.  If a student has completed all courses in the degree plan above, they may wish to additionally take up to six hours out of the following courses: MATH 2318, MATH 2320, BIOL 1411/BIOL 1413, CHEM 1411/CHEM 1412.
