400 Complaints Alleging Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking

It is the policy of San Jacinto College to provide a campus environment free from Sexual Misconduct. Procedure 400 implements the College’s Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure (Board Policy III.3006.D and Procedure III.3006.D.a), which are also available on the website.

College policy prohibits two categories of “Sexual Misconduct”: (1) Title IX Sexual Harassment; and (2) Other Inappropriate Conduct.
