400 Complaints Alleging Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking

It is the policy of San Jacinto College to provide a campus environment free from Sexual Misconduct. Procedure 400 implements the College’s Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure (Board Policy III.3006.D and Procedure III.3006.D.a), which are also available at www.sanjac.edu/sexual-misconduct-policy.

College policy prohibits two categories of “Sexual Misconduct”: (1) Title IX Sexual Harassment; and (2) Other Inappropriate Conduct.
